1. Eligibility for Returns
Personal Hygiene Products:
- Personal hygiene items such as soaps, shampoos, deodorants, toothpaste, and other personal care products cannot be returned if opened or used due to hygiene reasons.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Electronic Accessories:
- Electronic accessories such as chargers, headphones, power banks, and phone cases may be returned if unused and in original packaging.
- If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, it can be returned regardless of whether it has been opened.
Non-returnable Items:
- Clearance items, gift cards, digital products, and items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.
- Opened or used personal hygiene products are non-returnable.
2. Return Window
- Personal Hygiene Products: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted for hygiene products.
- Electronic Accessories: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
3. Conditions for Return
To process a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in original condition, unused, and unopened.
- The product must be in its original packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, or free gifts.
- Returns must include the order confirmation or receipt.
